Refunds and returns
If you receive a wine that has been damaged in the delivery process or is faulty we will replace it. If you are not happy with your wine purchase for any reason please contact us immediately.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
